Sieve drum
The sieve drum is used in the production lines of puffed cakes and popped chips, to gently remove the scraps from the products, so that they are perfectly clean when they reach the flavouring system.
Features
■ It is composed of a rotating drum with holes and inside steps that give the product a continuous mixing movement, making it easier for the scraps to be removed.
■ All the scraps are collected in a tray under the drum.
■ It is entirely built in stainless steel AISI 304/316 and it is possible to regulate the rotating speed, according to the product to be cleaned.
