Thanks to our remote service program, we can set up a remote connection with your machine for immediate tele-diagnostic. Thanks to the new technologies, the distances can be reduced and the after sales service enters your Company in augmented reality.
Once our Client has downloaded the App “RE PIETRO SERVICE” on his mobile, he or his maintenance staff can directly connect with Re Pietro engineer, showing the machine and solve the problem thanks to Re Pietro’s Staff advices.

In this way, any set-up problem will be solved fast and efficiently, while in case of a serious problems Re Pietro’s Staff can immediately detect which part needs to be replaced or if any intervention on place will be required.
