Countertop flavoring system Aromat-BI
AROMAT-BI is a counter-top flavoring appliance, created to be used in the R&D laboratories of the flavoured products manufacturers.
Features
■ It is completely built of stainless steel, it has a nozzle for nebulizing the oil and a micro-doser to sprinkle the flavours/salt.
■ The oil is nebulized thanks to a mini compressor inside the machine.
■ The Aromat-BI has got a touch screen HMI through which it is possible to set the parameters of the oil and powder to be used: the quantity of product to be flavored (max 500gr./per batch), the percentage of oil to be sprayed and the percentage of powder to be sprinkled.
■ Once the Aromat-BI is started, it will automatically calculate the quantity of oil and flavour to be used according to the weight of the product loaded into the tumbler, as per settings.
